Electrical design, materials supply, and installation for a seven level parking building, with two underground levels and drive-in, located at Winston Churchill Avenue.

This project involved the following stages:

1. Movement of the general transformation substation, transfer and load distribution of the bank and the tower from the original electrical room in the basement of the tower to a provisional electrical room installed in a container in the front area outside of the tower, while keeping normal operation full-time of all power facilities of the tower and the bank during the transfer process
2. Dismantling of electrical and mechanical installations of the original electrical and generator rooms in the tower, to allow excavation for the basement of the new building
3. General electrical installations for new construction of parking and drive-through bank, including the relocation to the new electrical room of the integrated substation and emergency generator system with diesel engines, and the load reconnection of the tower
